Thomas M. Vivaldelli, CTP
Principal and Managing Director
Thomas Vivaldelli is the
founder of Distressed Real Estate Solutions,
where he is responsible for strategic
planning, investments, project selection
and oversight. The firm's focus is to
return commercial real estate projects
to profitability and facilitate an appropriate
exit strategy. Mr Vivaldelli is also
a principal of Property Recovery, LLC,
a firm that acts as trustee and asset
facilitator for regulated institutions.
Mr. Vivaldelli has personally structured
and placed over $1 Billion of commercial
real estate financing. He has been responsible
for the turnaround of a $400 Million
commercial real estate loan portfolio
and numerous properties.
Mr. Vivaldelli started his career with
the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
He has an MBA in finance, and recently
acted as a conference spokesman on distressed
real estate issues.
